Do you have a physical store?

We have chosen to only sell online so that we can keep prices down by skipping the expensive middlemen. This means that you get quality products at a sharp price, while at the same time we can deliver quickly and easily directly to your door. Then you avoid the trip down to a store and can shop from home in peace and quiet!

Do you offer discounts for purchasing multiple products?

We offer various bundle offers, which you can find under the "Bundle offers" menu, where you can save up to 40%. In addition, we run exclusive campaigns, which you get access to by signing up for our "Main Club" at the bottom of the home page. As a member of the Main Club, you receive our newsletter and get access to special discounts and offers before everyone else.

How do I find the right size?

You can find our size guide on the product pages to help you choose the size that best suits you. Our clothes are usually true to size, but we always recommend double-checking the guide for the perfect fit.

How does the clothes feel?

Soft and comfortable. Even after many washes.

Does the clothes shrink after washing?

Cotton is a natural material, and it can therefore shrink a little during the first wash (typically 2-3%, corresponding to 1-2 cm).

Return and delivery

Do you offer free delivery and how long is the delivery time?

We offer free delivery on all orders above DKK 399. If you order before 15:00, we ship the same day, and otherwise you can expect delivery within 1-2 working days.

How can I return or exchange a product?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple returns process within 14 days of receipt. Please contact our customer service within this period to initiate a return or exchange. You can read more about your right of withdrawal under "Refund Policy" at the bottom of the page.

Where do you ship from?

Our products are sent directly from our warehouse in Copenhagen, and we ensure fast delivery so that you receive your order as quickly as possible.

Is your order insured during transportation?

All orders are insured against theft and damage during transportation from our warehouse in Copenhagen to your delivery address. When your order have been delivered and received at the specified address, the insurance ends.

If your packag is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either reject the receipt or note upon receipt that the package is damaged, and take pictures of it. This helps us to resolve the situation faster and ensure that you receive your items in perfect condition.
